"Nutriom is a smaller family owned company and recently moved from Washignton to Iowa. I was brought on to build and transform the new facility and develope the staff. The company is now operationg as a unit and is ready to take on growth."

"Casual environment, hours and overall a relaxed atmosphere. They were very generous to people who had no money."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Get some hard, documented guidelines for success before accepting a position. At times, certain moods seem to lead to some really backwards decisions."
What don't you like about working at Nutriom?
"I didn't like how they believe that if you didn't have a masters degree that you didn't understand manufacturing. My experience with large, successful manufacturing companies seemed to not add value to my argument about a certain direction."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think that the children of the owners should have to go into the real world and understand what it takes to become a manager before they are handed director positions."
