Safety and quality are always of paramount importance. There are very exciting training opportunities provided by Novartis. Overall they are an excellent company to work for."

"The company fostered a company attitude of bullying allowing managers to use excuses to force out people who have been with the company for awhile. One manager bullied everyone in our district and only one person ended up remaining."

"1) Foster a company culture that ACTUALLY believes in work/life balance (the manager stated the company didn't and just said it did pushing his reps to do 4 dinner programs a month). 2) Senior management made incompetent decisions about which products to promote. 3) Change the corporate culture--it's no only transparent and no longer a place where people don't blame."
