"My direct manager was great. But the officers could not figure out how to keep the company afloat. They started laying off the lower paid employees before letting the high paid pencil pushers go."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"not really for management. but for the officers and board members. Get real. get rid of the high paid do nothing people before you get rid of the workforce. You have lost to many great low paid workers and the company is going to fall flat on its face."
