"When dealing with management, get things in writing from the beginning."

"There was only 5 employees, and a few poor performers caused problems retaining repeat customers... which is key to a start up companies success."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look at selecting a focus target type of company to work for... trying to be everyone's answer to all problems was too great a task with such small organization."
