"Company-wide there is an attitude of collaboration that is required based on the large number of enterprise-wide projects that are always taking place."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you're passionate about healthcare, especially managed care, be sure to mention that. As well, it is always a good idea to talk about your long-term career goals. That shows the hiring manger that you're someone who likes to learn & grow, but isn't necessarily already looking to your next job already."

What don't you like about working at Network Health?

"Human Resources needs to show more transparency to the rest of the company. Despite the fact that it's not their intention, HR is often viewed in an us vs them way which makes collaboration and consultation harder than it should be."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think I'd take a long look at how the parent company runs their business. Since Network Health still often has the mentality of a small company (when it really isn't anymore) it would benefit from gaining insight from a larger organization."

What do you like about working at Network Health?

"I like the actual work I do. But there's too much work, not enough staff, and a lot of incompetent staff that are carried by few competent staff."

"Be yourself. Then plan to stay 1 - 2 years."

What don't you like about working at Network Health?

"There's too much work. Working for the current leadership is like the chocolates episode of I Love Lucy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop allowing a handful of competent staff to carry incompetent staff. Stop allowing HR to run the business. Allow managers and directors to build and run their teams as they see is necessary (otherwise why have managers and directors). Stop ignoring/burying problems. Be proactive instead of reactive."
