"unforgetable... The most negative environment I have seen"

What do you like about working at Accutrace?

"working remote was a life saver. I got along great with my direct manager."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Run Run RUN!!!! there is no structure here. You will not get your commissions, and you will fail due to the people that are in charge of operations and client services. They are not FCRA compliant like the claim and their business practices are spotty at best."

What don't you like about working at Accutrace?

"no communication, VP yelling and swearing at people, no proper tools to succeed. ops lost business faster then I could bring it in. no opportunity to grow my career."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"don't say that arguing and competition between departments is healthy. If you are going to fire someone, fire those who are creating the problems in the company, not those that have been trying to help all along. Listen to those that have been in the industry longer then you. Dedicate your time to the company. popping in at lunch and after everyone has gone home shows a lack of interest and you are not there for the support your employees need to make the company successful."

"Company changed hands 3 times in the 8 years that I was employed with them which caused too many direction changes."

"No advancement, no leadership, office personalities conflict everyday, office enviroment is unpleasant. Please save yourself the stress and don't apply."

"Horrible business decisions. Poor customer relationships, managers trying to tell the other managers what to do. No structure."
