Much of which falls back to the negligence and poor attitudes of drivers, mechanics and driver managers who offer more excuses for poor performance and overall lack of genuine concern for any change toward improvement. Upper management seems to reflect complacency and assumes subordinates are actually doing their jobs to the best of their ability, which creates an atmosphere that they are all doing a great job!"
