3.1After 14 months of employment with NAPA, I find the company to be good overall. My main concerns remain the same however and I find little to no improvement to address driver concerns as related to safety and maintenance of trucks and trailers. Much of which falls back to the negligence and poor attitudes of drivers, mechanics and driver managers who offer more excuses for poor performance and overall lack of genuine concern for any change toward improvement. Upper management seems to reflect complacency and assumes subordinates are actually doing their jobs to the best of their ability, which creates an atmosphere that they are all doing a great job!
3.9I work for Napa valley college as the assistant winemaker for their production winery and an instructor for winemaking courses. One of the largest industries in Napa is the wine industry and our program at the school strives to help students become highly skill and competitive in the job market. We boast a 100% employment rate for your students! The work community at the college is open-minded and considerate. The faculty here truly want to provide the best services possible for students who may not have had such before.

4.8Working at GPC Midwest Division has been the best work experience of my life. My boss a Division HR VP is a joy to report to. She is supportive, complimentary, a team player. Executive-level employees treat her with the utmost respect and admiration. She compliments me on achieving my goals as well as my drive and work ethic. The rest of the management, upper management, and all employees all are positive and happy. People are polite and kind. I am able to work independently as well as on a team supporting hiring managers and HR managers for many locations in the multi-state division that I support. It is fast-paced and exciting.
