"1. Managers have poor leadership skills. 2. Heavily dependent on US team for directions - can get frustrating. 3. Most of the actual work happens in the US, India only gets minuscule tasks. 4. Mostly testing and customer support work in India. 5. Uninteresting work atmosphere."
