"I've worked for NCH/Mantek for 9 months. I find it to be a solid and reputable company with limited availability for training and product knowledge. Considering I was hired for my sales performance, and not necessarily knowledge of industrial lubricants, I was hoping for more hands on product training. It's my opinion that this position would be great for someone who is passionate and has an existing understanding of these types of products."
"Mantek pays well, but they need to take more time in training their employees."
What do you like about working at Mantek?

What don't you like about working at Mantek?

What suggestions do you have for management?
"Train your employees and there will be less turnover. An educated and happy employee stays."
