"Good people. I have decision rights to do my job effectively. I get great satisfaction out of working in the IT field managing people and projects."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Know what you are getting into when you decide to come to work for Koch. We have a huge turnover rate since bought out and being in a small area we never had this in the past. We have people accept jobs and within a year or less they are gone."
What don't you like about working at Georgia-Pacific?
"Koch culture and the way it is managed. Not much emphasis from a production facility standpoint."

"Treat your people the way you want to be treated."

"Budget cuts the past few years have led to postponed and cancelled projects, staff reductions, benefit reductions."

"Learned a lot regarding technical troubleshooting and the GSM network. Also learned a lot regarding alternate CDMA networks as well. Learned a lot regarding devices."

"Have a ready to work attitude and a willingness to learn and grow."

"Didn't feel like the company valued the employees like I had hoped. Very high turnover at Cingular due to this concern."

"Keep a positive approach and attitude because it can directly impact your work group. The frustrations of management were very apparent."
