"The people. There is still some ability to get things done quickly."

"Don't worry if you're not technically competent. Easy to get in, hard to get fired."
What don't you like about working at General Atomics?
"This company is a case study in the Peter Principle. They have also been making many hiring mistakes."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Replace all the top level management. The people who have worked thus far do not have the skills to go the rest of the way."

"GE is a global company and no 1 in Power Systems and Turbines"

"Being big organization growth is less, like a plant never grows under a big tree"

"Regarding Control systems for Gas Turbines MK V and MK VI proper documentation required"
