"Didn't enhance my knowledge of the business. I performed general labor duties and was not involved in the estimating or PM."

"I liked the management. My boss always treated me with respect and courtesy."

"I dont have an oppertunity at Remedy, its strictly a temporary work until I find more suitable."

"Keep doing what they are doing because to providing oppertunity to the unemployed is the best service Remedy can do."

What do you like about working at Ricoh?
"my boss was in a different part of town so I can do what I want and as long as I keep the customers happy. I can do whatever I feel like. the only reason I have stayed as long as I have. thankful to have a job in a crappy economy."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"avoid, unless you like turn over and being lied too. everything my boss and iam promised me did not come true. when I called them on it I was lied too again. not trust worthy."
What don't you like about working at Ricoh?
"serious lack of support when there is any kind of conflict. boss is not confrontative and will not back me up. blatantly lied too about career opportunities and just feel like a piece of meat to be used and spit out. within a month I was planning my exit out of there. the site where I work has some great people. the ikon/ricoh of people are a bunch of morons."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"you have hard working ground troops who are not getting there due. they are the back bone of ricoh/ikon and middle management does not support them. Jill Chatelin is not a good trainer. she was a slob who was sucking down oreoes and a big gulp and seemed to care less about training us in."
What do you like about working at Rock-Tenn?
"the people are very friendly, answer questions willingly, and share tips on ways to improve your performance."

"they believe and enforce safety first. they ensure each employee is aware of safety procedures, and help them to always work safely."
What don't you like about working at Rock-Tenn?
"there seemed to be a slight disconnect in their training techniques. communication was not precise."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"they seem to do a good job, their concern about the employees is outstanding, above most other companies."
