"I didn't like that I had to constantly take time off due to contract disputes."

"The management at Coppertop was awesome to me. I can't think of anything other than maybe having more contracts lines up to keep employees going."

"It is a hot factory job, you will be sore, but the over all feeling of making children safe is rewarding"

"There isn't a person in charge that really cares how the workers feel or what may better suite there needs as far as work, they don't work on the lines so they don't understand the needs nor do they try"

"Get out on the lines for a few days, do what we do, listen to us and try to make it a more enjoyable work experience for the line workers"
