"no coments about any suggestions over management. Company needs to revaluate some of the branches."

"Great if you're a student and want to get to know the basics of a profession. Not much for growth. In the past, growth was for brown-nosers, long-term employees with a complete disregard for actual ability. As of late, there have been a few promotions based on actual ability"

"My direct manager is too controlling of my work but at the same time berates me if I take freedom to make a decision."

"I would try to avoid the power games as much as possible."
