"Be energetic and flexible. Pharma is a tough market with tons of regulations, vocabulary, stress and REWARDS. If you don't like reading or WORKING more than 40 hours per week, then probably plan on career elsewhere less demanding."

"Can be long work and stressful projecting sales and trying to meet sales quotas for field reps."

"Expand internship opportunities and be proactive in expecting more out of the sales force HOWEVER, make sure they have the tools they need to do the job as best as possible without excuses."

"Very fast paced, always learning. At KCI I had to speak every Wednesday to the Operations Management about the products I was purchasing. I learned to do public speaking."
