"Kinder Morgan is a good company to work for, but management is poor socially in the gulf bulk region. These managers all came from a company they already run into the ground. Only if you are a snitch you can be cool with them. First thing they tell you that you must have no friends in the work place, but only them. That's loco. You don't need a college degree to be a manager in the gulf bulk region or any human resources training. The workers morale is down because of this."
