"Take your experience with a grain of salt. The position is mentally demanding, as a hotel is open 24 hours. A team is only as strong as it's weakest link, stay vigilant and you will be alright."

"Lapse in communication, duplication of efforts, constant changes, understaffed, mildly unorganized with no designated campaign to help"

"New owners have killed the culture that once was such a huge part of the success of JDV Hotels."

"Managers can't really effect change, that happens at very high level (VP and above) by people who believe that technology isn't important in the hospitality industry (Actual statement)."
