"Great company at the time, but poor top leadership. Not very flexible, as the parent company, ITW, is more financially driven with little involvement into sales and marketing. They manufacture excellent performing products, however, they are having issues being innovative in the past several years. Poor chance for advancement. The people at the company are good to work with."
