Interceramic Employee

"Culture of suspicion, paranoia and back stabbing. Heavy micro management, policies are changed at a whim to suit leadership. Tout a "family friendly" environment but do not value employees. Low pay, no growth opportunities."

"I've worked for interceramic for not too long. But let me tell you, it has the most corrupted environment I have ever seen. Director's go behind the younger ladies, HR is a mess, warehouse is always busy. And you can get replaced in a second. Is a complete family business. If you don't have someone or a family member of Almeida, forget getting hired."
