I enjoy the challenges of new and diverse projects, especially those with a high level of technical requirements. I like control system design, configuration & programming. I love creating HMI's, specifying instruments, and creating P&IDs.s. I like working in the field, starting and commissioning new installations. I enjoy trouble-shooting and solving problems. This probably explains why I have continued to get more education, and I still do."

"In recent days company reputation is at nadir because of acciddents"

"I will increase incentives to employees so that all are happy working"

What do you like about working at Doosan?
"I am excited to work with Doosan Heavy Industries by adding my insight about work experience in the field of Power Plant at the same time knowing how to work Stile from Korea through Doosan Heavy Industries and the standards they use"

"yeah.. I will always tell to them about to knows they duty jobs"
What don't you like about working at Doosan?
"frequent interface on the construction drawings, materials that are not appropriate because they use the materials from various vendors, making decisions is always long if there are pictures on the construction of the interface manager of Doosan, design drawings that are not obvious way of construction because use India Designer most"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I always ask designers for each division so that there should be representatives come from India so quick in making decisions when there is interface construction, bring in vendors for the installation of vendor materials, also bring construction schedule for each division manager to clear the schedule for construction, as well as control materials in order to always check document about the delivery schedule of materials to site"

"It was a challenging job, getting all kind of experience working as Instrument Engr.starting up a new plant and installing and testing electronic equipments."

"you have to work hard and beable to travel"

"I did not dislike working there, but after Revolution I did not like to work there any longer"
