"frequent interface on the construction drawings, materials that are not appropriate because they use the materials from various vendors, making decisions is always long if there are pictures on the construction of the interface manager of Doosan, design drawings that are not obvious way of construction because use India Designer most"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I always ask designers for each division so that there should be representatives come from India so quick in making decisions when there is interface construction, bring in vendors for the installation of vendor materials, also bring construction schedule for each division manager to clear the schedule for construction, as well as control materials in order to always check document about the delivery schedule of materials to site"
