"There are lots of professional connections to be made, and many positions that provide directly relevant skill sets to professional life outside the military."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The interview process is the easiest there is: just sign your name on the line."

What don't you like about working at Army National Guard?

"On the whole, the military is probably the most unorganized organization in the US. You certainly can't trust their HR Dept, and you will always have too many bosses. Also, it seems as though, most of your bosses don't deserve their position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Safety is important, but it has gotten in the way of doing your/our jobs. Fear restricts our work and our goals."
