"I worked at Impact for three all the while building my troubleshooting skills as well as adding networking skills. Impact provided a upbeat positive work place, while the work was plenty demanding, having fun was not lost in the workload."

Impact Networking Employee

"Great company to work for! They motivate us with incentives and bonuses, an ALL company trip as an annual goal and amazing quarterly meetings. Most recent meeting, they had Mike Ditka speak, free lunch and happy hour, raffles 60 flat screens and iPads. The executives listen and make changes from employee survey feedback. The C-level Execs also do not sit in their office all day, they don't even have fancy offices. They travel between branches and work in empty cubicles. You get face time."
