"I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work for ES99 (Impact Networking) for just over a year and while I made lots of lifelong friends and learned a lot from the talented individuals I worked with, I will always remember how I was treated by impact management at the end of the day. I started working with the team at ES99 just over a year ago, working closely with the account team, creative team and development team to get to know the clients inside and out, and put together world class strategies. We got to know the clients business like it was our own and really make a difference for someone's business or their dreams. I would often find myself working closely with every team member, learning from everyone and putting our best work forward to really make a difference. I remember putting in the time to drive out to clients individually across multiple states. Driving to Indiana, driving to Wisconsin and being with people that were always happy to do it. I remember being asked to speak on behalf of the company at Impact Optimize and seeing the CEO at my presentation. But in the end, after a year of hard work and feeling like we were making a difference, I was let go due to “covid -19 and internal restructuring”. I wasn’t called into a meeting because we were all working from home, but that’s the best part, I wasn’t even called. They informed me via email, on my day off. I guess I didn’t work hard enough to even deserve a phone call or any sort of discussion as to why I was let go. There are(or were) lots of amazing individuals at ES99, but in the end Impact Management just decided to get rid of me and didn’t even have the courtesy to call me. Work here, but just know that at the end of the day, you are a nothing but a number."

"Good starting position, but the pay is low. I believe the company needs to give further opportunities to limit employee turnover."

"Impact Networking has been an amazing company. Providing training and support since day one. The relationship between all including the CEO of the company is transparent. The only reason leaving would be because of my current financial hardships."

"I have never worked for a more racist company. While they provide adequate compensation, instead of giving cash bonuses, throughout the year they hand out company merchandise. The emphasis the CEO places on company growth is preventing the company from taking the time-intensive steps necessary to become a world-class organization - which he states is their goal. He’s the single biggest obstacle keeping them mediocre. ProTip: You cannot run a $25 million business like a startup / sole proprietorship - Because once you reach 600 employees you must delegate authority to spend money on basics like office supplies."

"Great company to work for! They motivate us with incentives and bonuses, an ALL company trip as an annual goal and amazing quarterly meetings. Most recent meeting, they had Mike Ditka speak, free lunch and happy hour, raffles 60 flat screens and iPads. The executives listen and make changes from employee survey feedback. The C-level Execs also do not sit in their office all day, they don't even have fancy offices. They travel between branches and work in empty cubicles. You get face time."
