"Excellent Tax Software. Very good tax courses."
"The company listens to its employees and tries to improve each year. It is an interesting business with the main part only being open seasonally. I like the ability to schedule my own time."
"Company is really good at doing the business that they know and have been serving for decades, but struggles with pushing innovation throughout the organization. New ideas and strategies are not typically embraced, though a lot of lip service is given to it. Business Strategy needs an overhaul. The company treats employees very fairly, actually better than fairly, and communicates regularly with employees."

"I've only been with H and R Block for a few weeks, but can attest to the extensiveness of the tax preparation training. Very diverse group of employees, and is a lot of fun to work."
"It was a good experience."
"While only working for one season. I enjoyed the diversity of the clients that I helped. Some were simple tax forms while others were complex. Even some that had fraud. I also liked being able to put their mind at ease throughout the whole process and explain why their refunds, or amounts due, were what they were. It was a lot of fun. I stopped because my needs as a parent were greater than what the time I had for this part time job."
