"The company invest a lot of money providing 3 meals a day to employees and lot of other stuff but is the pay is a lot lower than the average for the position and there are too many things that limits pay raises."

"Give more money to their employees.Review the pay raise system."

"Low pay compared to similar positions with non-hosting companies. Good pay within the hosting industry, though."

"Hire more entry-level positions to move up rather than attempting to hire in to higher positions."

"The work is not very challenging, it's very repetitive at times."

"Nothing, just above unemployment. Possibly the worst environment I have ever worked in."

"The company ultimately put the employees first and did everything in their power to insure that morale was high, and work was productive."

"Just relax, be yourself, and believe in yourself. They're very leniant, and understanding; as long as it's clear you somewhat understand, they do offer on the job training."

What don't you like about working at HostGator?

"Some of the people at the company did not make it the best environment, as there were times where communication was sparse."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should highly consider listening to things that the lower tiers of workers have to say, mostly because it's them that defines the majority of the workplace, and as such, they are the important part of it."
