"The company invest a lot of money providing 3 meals a day to employees and lot of other stuff but is the pay is a lot lower than the average for the position and there are too many things that limits pay raises."

"Give more money to their employees.Review the pay raise system."

"Constantly busy with a minimum requirement to take chats/phone calls."

"Make more tutorials available for clients in order to decrease the wait time on new clients needing real assistance."

"If you aren't intimately familiar with linux, you will not pass the new practical interviews."

"Low pay compared to similar positions with non-hosting companies. Good pay within the hosting industry, though."

"Hire more entry-level positions to move up rather than attempting to hire in to higher positions."

"The company culture is very laid back as long as the work is getting done. They really care about giving their customers the best possible."

"Make sure you know the basic Linux commands and your golden."

"The work is not very challenging, it's very repetitive at times."

"Raise salaries a bit and hire more competent people rather than have lower salaries and hire many people."

"Nothing, just above unemployment. Possibly the worst environment I have ever worked in."

"Everything including the feces covering the bathroom cleaning equipment. The unsanitary conditions made me sick in more than one occasion."

"I don't even know where to start, respect for your employees would be a good place."

"The company ultimately put the employees first and did everything in their power to insure that morale was high, and work was productive."

"Just relax, be yourself, and believe in yourself. They're very leniant, and understanding; as long as it's clear you somewhat understand, they do offer on the job training."

"Some of the people at the company did not make it the best environment, as there were times where communication was sparse."

"Management should highly consider listening to things that the lower tiers of workers have to say, mostly because it's them that defines the majority of the workplace, and as such, they are the important part of it."

"Ask and you shall receive. Nice 'be who you want to be' type place. I finally got to go to work in my bathrobe."

"Racing the clock to meet arbitrary numbers is never any fun, but there are lots of people ready and willing to help with anything."

"None. I've already said anything I wanted to, and they also work there so they already know."
