"HPS is a great to its merchants... not so much the sales team. Unfortunately, HPS has a management structure that doesn't allow for the RM to practice what is being preached. The micromanaging doesn't allow an RM to "work their plan." You are only as good as your next big sale and not valued for loyalty. The company also uses its sales force as guinea pigs selling specialty products that are not sufficiently supported. Current management has an overall lack of understanding of sales daily world."

The company’s culture remained very agreeable but some problems still persisted. Lack of structured processes and procedures resulted in an unpredictable order processing and software implementation. Product development problems continued to result in low customer satisfaction. The company is positioned well and their software is leading in their niche market."
