"The company doesn't seem to be open to moving people to other departments."

"The company is a huge fortune 500 and should allow more flexibility for cross training."

"I like that there are a lot of opportunities. I like that I like to use my skill set that I obtained in college. I like that there is direct support to the warfighter."

"Provide examples of your work and have a good knowledge of foreign affairs."
What don't you like about working at National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency?
"The work is very confined to a specific topic. There is not a lot of innovation or advancing of products. We do not push for efficiency but instead focus on metrics and making sure that management thinks we are valuable. There is a huge disconnect between where technology is in the public world and our world."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would streamline the processes and save money, probably pushing for a reduction of work so that we can rid ourselves of duplicate spending. I would make sure that we have few, but the best, employees. I would make rewards better while having stricter guidelines and timelines."
What do you like about working at SAIC?
"I like that's it a low-stress position and that I don't have to dread going to work every day. I am also able to walk to work, so that's a major plus."

"Just speak confidently and show that you're a capable and competent person."
What don't you like about working at SAIC?
"The work can get boring and repetitive at times. I wish there were a little more variety."

"I would try to update the work flow so that there's not as much time and money wasted as there is now."
