What don't you like about working at General Electric?

"Political, lack of vision, lack of leadership, decline in benefits (Health and Retirement)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develop a Vision! Get rid of the extra-curricula activities for people to work on such as 6 Sigma or the supposive leadership courses. Get rid of the MyLearning activities that have very little meaning to most people. Human Resources at the organziation is useless. They do not add to the quality of employment."
