"I am not aware of anyone at UTC now, so I cannnot respond to this one. I can assume that because UTC is a Fortune 500 company that technical, channel sales and support is paramount."

"GE Security is no longer in business and is part of UTC. It seemed to me and most employees that the desire was always to pull revenue from the sister companies and sell."

"Now being part of UTC, I assume that the sister companies are now where they should be, though challenges remain with integrating the various UNIX, LINUX and WINDOWS based access control and IP video systems."
