Pay is weak, Management is out to change the culture, how, who knows, but has indicated in public meetings, if you do not like it, you can find another job. Children are being set up to run the company, poor decisions are being made. Nepotism. Experience counts little. All about operational improvements, place is dirty as they cut out the cleaning budget. It's all about getting the CEO a bonus."

No attempt was made to change the core business or go looking for opportunities that GDC4S has not historically considered 'interesting' - consequently more lay offs. Personally, I cannot see a future."
