"I worked on projects and generally had full control over planning and execution to reach the final objective. That's enjoyable and fulfilling on a job."

"Be very positive."
What don't you like about working at Fidelity Information Services?
"Fidelity was impacted adversely by the housing crisis and recession. I was in the 3rd series of layoffs which involved too many more experienced personnel. Not that younger employees aren't competent, they just don't have adequate experience in all cases."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Too late, but see answer above."
