"Everyone here seems way overworked and extremely underpaid. They could be a little more fair for all the hard work everyone does."

"I would build a lot more moral for the employees, as well as setting more solid policy's & procedures on how everyone does their job. I would also provide everyone with the essential tools that they need perform their job efficiently."
