"I worked for First Quality for about 11 years. It's very good company to work for. Benefit and pay was good to average for the industry. The ownership is very family oriented. It all depends on your boss that makes it great to work for or below average. I do recommend this company if you are starting out."
"McElhattan and the surrounding area does not provide any entertainment value for possible lunch breaks, or even living. Given this, I have chosen to live 50 miles away where a better social life outside of work is possible, but the daily drive can be a burden."
