"I worked for First Quality for about 11 years. It's very good company to work for. Benefit and pay was good to average for the industry. The ownership is very family oriented. It all depends on your boss that makes it great to work for or below average. I do recommend this company if you are starting out."

"Company feeds a story that they were all about family. A balance or work and family was important. Only one family is important and that is the owners' families. 24/7 operation, pager and blackberry provided, at least 2 or 3 interruptions each night. Too little management structure to insure the place ran smooth."
