"I've worked for First Horizon bank since 2016. The company is very high on what's called First Power. It's posted everywhere and you get pretty familiar with it. In my department you have to pick your days off for the entire year at the beginning of the year. It goes by seniority so if you're a new hire, enjoy having random weeks off in random months."
