"As an agent, make sure you understand what you are walking into as far as can you sell yourself and others, time you need to put in and money you need to put in to get things started. Long term it can be very lucrative, but it is not for everyone."

"Don't forget how this company got to where it is today, the customer and the agents the company has."

"They provided great initial training - a full time 3/4 month course. However, I do not think they offer the same program now."

"Be aware of what your signing up for. Research the company as well as postings written by their former and current employees."

"They cut OT and expanded territory. Case volume too high for most employees to meet DOI regulation properly."

"Allow well thought out overtime, especially for those representatives that have a large territory. Provide supporting management, instead of instilling fear in employees."
