"Every step in the handling of our claims is micro-managed. The environment is very competitive, as there is little room for advancement."

"Our biggest issue in my office is transparency, so that would be my first suggestion."

"I liked a lot of the people I worked with and the company was very employee friendly when I started working for the company."

"I would recommend that any person going to work for Farmers Insurance talk to some current employees if possible."

"In the later years that I worked for Farmers the company had changed management and had lost the good employee/employer relationship."

"The management was not as open and friendly as I would have liked. I like to feel that people care about a person and not just can you get this done."

"Be a little more personable with your employees as we spend half of our day with co-workers and at the job."
