Farmers Home Furniture Employee

"I have worked here in my position for long enough now to know everyone and how to excel in my position. With that being said, I love my co-workers, my schedule, and most of what I do. Now the most important part of any job is pay and how hard you are worked. Everyone here except for the executives are drastically underpaid and overworked. I have too much work that I do and the pay reflects a fraction of what I do. Thanks"
