"The advice I would give is just be honest and make sure you are on time."

"Some of the equipment is out dated and some of the buildings are unsafe."

"To provide a safer working environment and more preventive maintenance."

"I don't like the way that my abilities are utilized. The fact that at one point there is an abundance of overtime then the next week they are laying people off."

"I suggest that management use better communiction, and to focus on individuals skill sets that can be taken advantage of."

"Even in a slow economy the Company seems busy with countless orders both domestic and international."

"It's not a bad company but don't kill yourself you probably won't see anything in return."

"Some leadership is scared to change anything about our products."

"I would Hire more people before forcing everyone into countless hours of unwanted overtime. Also give priority to your full time employees not temps."

"Everyone that is hired has their own set pay and vacation benefits. A good idea what it is that you are looking for would certainly help you in the long run."

"The out of state travel for work because the inconsistency of summer hours is taxing on the family."

"I would say the communication barrier could use some attention."

"Hills is a great place to work. The owner and CEO of the company is a great man with a great mind. Hills is the world leaders in fiber extrusion."

"Go in prepared to work long hours. If you like 12 hour days for months at a time, this is the place for you."
What don't you like about working at Hill's?
"The fab shop employees aren't treated like anyone else in the company. We work the most hours with the least amount of respect."

"You don't have to work your employees to the bone to get work done. Over working your employees leads to mistakes."
