"Management is immature and inexperienced and will hinder future growth. Management is sneaky and unprofessional."

"There is a critial need for management training, senior management really needs executive coaching."

"I have a great relationship with my peers. We always help one another willingly and share resources. The environment we have created for ourselves is very positive and nurturing."

"My tip is to take it very seriously. There is a wonderful opportunity on the table here..."
What don't you like about working at Special Events Management?
"If great coworkers were all that mattered in a place of employment, I could stay at Special Events Management forever. However, I am looking for professional challenges to help me grow, along with the rewards of that, and Special Events does not offer that possibility to its employees."

"A good manager needs to be organized and detail-oriented,but most importantly needs to be able to establish rapport and gain the trust of others. Being able to lead effectively is highly dependent on the way others respond to you."

"Yea, make sure you have another part time job because these events are once to twice a month."

"More of a solid paycheck ,solid schedule, more benefits, and insurance."

"Our team is constantly given feedback that focuses on unimportant personal quams, rather than feedback that will help us improve the jobs we do."

"I would focus less on ridiculous minor issues, such as the level of my voice, my laugh and the height of the chairs."
