"I learned about the ins and outs of the gaming industry. I found the company to place a lot of focus on the campus feel (cafeteria, gym, game room)."

"You must have a strong attention span and be able to test games for up to 14 hrs a day. You will be testing, not simply, playing games all day."

"If you want job security this is a decent place to be but beware of job position offers because most of my coworker buddies I found out that they got demoted from their previous job. Push for the highest position they will give you."

"EA works you to the bone and your personal life goes out the window when the game needs to be done."

"It is a great opportunity because the EA involvement but the Pogo.com brand is still strong and has not lost its focus."

"The Merger with EA. Pogo.com lost its identify. It was nibble Start-up full of character and now it is a different animal."

"Be personable they like people with a personality to lighten the mood when the hours get long and the grind sets in on the job"

"contractors don't get benefits of any kind, more often than not on some forced overtime schedule upwards of 70 hrs/wk, lower level employees very expendable, daily monotony if atmosphere couldn't stay fun"

"trying to find a way to give contractors who end up doing 70 hr weeks sometimes some sort of tangible bonus or benefit for working those aside from merely overtime pay which is frankly necessary to become a 'livable' wage in Los Angeles"
