"Break the team up into sub-teams and alternate the weekends they work. Do not burn out the entire team all at one time. Focus on legitimate goals and deadlines from day one, not one day before the deadline. When the team has to push hard against big goals and little time their morale drops and their trust in leadership diminishes."
