"All the overtime that I couldn't walk away from. The company allowed us to work a normal 40 hour work week, but everyone's dedication to the project kept us there as long as it took."

"Keep treating people the way that they do. Everyone enjoyed being able to voice their ideas and have them heard and used."

"I like the casual aspect of working for EA. I also like how I am provided with all the technology and accomodation I need to complete my job. I appreciate that when we are required to crunch on deadlines, we are provided with food."

What don't you like about working at Electronic Arts?

"Resources are allocated for what is best for the company, rather than what is best for the individual. Teams are partial to some people, and are rude to others. Development directors are overbearing and love to micro manage. Hours can be long and expectations can be high."

"EA is a global company. There are so many aspects of EA that i'm not qualified to answer that question."

"If you want to get into gaming, this is a great place to work. Although I only worked at EA very temporarily, if I could get a second chance at it and it made sense in my career path, I would gladly go back."

"The gaming industry moves very fast. When a project is reaching a deadline you could be working all night. However, once the project is over, you might have to seek work elsewhere."
