"I love the freedom my supervisor gave to train, teach, and coach my subordinates. I also enjoyed the freedom he gave in order for me to accomplish the mission. The part of the job that I dislike most is no control over my subordinates in spite being the senior person."

"Building a business from the ground up. Having influence on major business decisions. Participating as a valued team memeber with clinets."

"Since we are closing our doors, I beleive this is non applicable."
What don't you like about working at Wellness Indicators?
"Managing the business on limited funds that makes it necessary to change buying scenarios."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"We needed to have a fully funded business to meet the deadlines and commitments."

"The people I work with are very helpful and I like what the company stands for."

"Be relaxed and show how you would be a good fit to the Kellogg culture. Study the K values (which you can research) and show how you would enjoy working within those guidelines."
What don't you like about working at Kellogg's?
"I don't like the location in Michigan. The amount of empowerment to people"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There is not enough ownership / empowerment and lower levels. There is considerable fire fighting going on."
What do you like about working at KBR?
"I like overseas travel, and the challenge of a dynamic contract I support of the US military."

"Make sure you are aware, understand, and are willing to work and live in bad living conditions."

"Working in war zones was the only opportunity in 11 years."

"Provide more opportunity for stateside deployments outside of government contracting."

"leave away their family from there and the company will be better in many levels of the sector"
