"I worked for DTI for almost 24 years. It was a great play to work. When I started there were less than 30 employees. When I left there were about 300 employees. I was challenged and given the opportunity to grow and were not micro managed.It has changed as it is no longer owned by the Oldham family but an investment group in Texas. Not the same company, not sure I would want to work there to day."
