"If you value work/life balance then this place is not for you If you thrive on a challenge and enjoy earning a nice bonus check for a job well done or extra items sold (as mentioned in the interview process) then this place is not a good match for you. If you love going above and beyond and adding value to the company by identifying inefficiencies and problems - then this place is probably not a good fit for you. If you value the quality of the product and the experience provided to the customer - then this place is not the right fit. If you are a teamwork-minded individual who knows that receptive management is key to moving a company forward and finding solutions- then this place is definitely not for you. If you like to get your paycheck on time and for the correct amount as well as feel that you can trust HR and Management to resolve mistakes without retaliation or gaslighting..... then run..... this place does not fit your needs. This has been my experience as well as many others - save yourself the discomfort by finding out yourself and looking elsewhere. OR if this matches your standards of a "good employer" then maybe this would be a good fit for you. correct the cons and be receptive- don't treat the employees or customers with an "us versus them" mentality. And maybe take a few management courses and read a few books on what good leadership is as it certainly wouldn't hurt to improve your practices. - as someone once said - "People don't leave bad companies, they leave bad management""
