Submit a Review"One thing I loved about that job was the fact that it kept me on my toes all day long. Anything and everything could go wrong at any point, so being able to problem solve and troubleshoot on the fly is a strong point for me. I really enjoyed being able to do that as often as I did at this job. One thing I hated was the compensation, I was paid lower entry level for being a manager. I ran my department with little to no help. I wish they would have promoted me into a more correct position."

"I like that everyone understands that we are all there to do a job and that their computer is not the end of the world if it breaks."

"It's a great place to work if you want to stay there a long time and you can play the game. A lot of politics outside of the office and a lot inside as well."

"Coworker is very resistant to change or ideas that could make our jobs easier or more efficient."

"I would allow all my team members to feel included in the decision making process. I would allow them to think outside the box and give it a try to see if their idea(s) would work."

"That they hold different events that donate to local charities."

"If you have any type of Customer Service experience you will be a shoe in."

"It seems like everyone here only cares about themselves and are not willing to help you out unless it will make them look better."

"I would hire more technicians to take the work load off the few that work in my section."
