"I worked at Dell/EMC for over 8 years. Originally with EMC. Good pay and good benefits. Great teamwork and work environment. Large company so it takes a long time to influence or incorporate change. There was a lot of turn at high level positions which impacted direction of technology and projects. Management has a hard time creating and providing clear direction. Since the acquisition from Dell, you are required to develop on Dell products so if you prefer to develop on Macs you will have to make the transition to PC."
"Great Company. I worked with at least 25 characters"

"Employed at Dell for 24 years. "Nice please to work. Easy to boost your career and get opportunity to learn new products."
"This company provides a great work/life environment, and management who are involved, and care for their employees. However that is not translated well with growth, and people that are not satisfied with taking a position, with little growth opportunities won't be happy with this type of company."
"I worked for Dell for almost 27 years. They have a very good work/life balance. I was able to move around to many different jobs within the company until I found the job I enjoyed the most, They encourage self development and will help you with that. Good insurance and 401K benefits."
"I love working with Dell. The team dynamic and environment is awesome."
"I've work at Dell since I graduated from my MBA. I've been unimpressed by the culture of the company and feel the while communication is a part of the day-to-day, collaboration and innovation is not."

"Great Company with smart people. The culture is incredible and at time challenging but the work life balance is about Family and peace of mind. I totally recommend working here."
